How To Lose Festival Weight: Eating sweets on festivals leads to rapid weight gain. People coming and going bring sweets on Diwali. When you go to someone’s house, sweets are served. In this case you cannot refuse. Little by little, but eating sweet leads to rapid weight gain. If you want that your weight does not increase on Diwali, then definitely take care of some things for that. In this way you will also eat sweets on Diwali and weight will also be under control. Weight will not increase on Diwali

  1. Fenugreek water every morning – Diwali or any day if you want to lose weight, then drink fenugreek water every morning on an empty stomach. This reduces obesity. It is also very beneficial for the diabetic patient. This lowers the blood sugar in the body and speeds up the metabolism. Drinking fenugreek water helps in controlling weight.
  2. Do not skip the walk or exercise- People become a little lazy on the festival and eat more fried, roasted and sweet than normal days. Due to which the weight increases rapidly. In such a situation, do not give up your walk or exercise at all. With this, you can burn as many calories as you are taking in a day. In this way, even after eating sweets, your weight will be under control.
  3. Hot water after eating sweet or oily- Diwali is incomplete without sweets. Sweet or oily food becomes more during the festival. Therefore, whenever you eat such a dish, drink hot water after that. This will make food easier to digest and fat will also burn.
  4. Must drink green tea- If you drink more tea then drink green tea instead of milk tea. By drinking 2-3 green teas a day, obesity is reduced and metabolism remains good. This results in rapid weight loss. So don’t give up drinking your green tea on the festival.
  5. Eat sweet but limited quantity- Diwali comes once in a year, saying that some people eat a lot of sweets. Eating too much sweets leads to weight gain. That’s why eat sweets, but in limited quantities. If you want to eat sweets, then you can eat natural sweetener like fig barfi, dryfruit laddoos or sweets made of jaggery. You can eat dark chocolate. This will not increase obesity.
