Yoga For Belly: During pregnancy, the weight of all women increases significantly. Many times, due to unhealthy eating or any other reason, women gain a lot of weight. In such a situation, it becomes difficult to lose weight after delivery. Even if the weight is reduced from the whole body, but belly fat does not take the name of reduction. It is not that you cannot reduce belly fat. With the help of the right diet, yoga and exercise, you can make your tummy absolutely flat. 1- Marjari Asana- This yoga asana is also called cat pose. This strengthens the wrists and shoulders. The digestive system is strengthened by doing this asana. This makes the body strong and flexible. By doing this, the spinal cord also becomes strong. By doing this yoga posture after delivery, the stomach is reduced.

2- Viparitakarni posture- By doing this yoga asana, the stomach remains clean. Due to this, water reaches the large intestine quickly from the small intestine and the hormone system works faster. Doing this pose strengthens the body. Body and mind are relaxed. The special thing is that it also reduces the fat deposited on the tummy.

3- Trikonasana- You can do exercise and yoga around 6 after delivery. To reduce the stomach, you must do Trikonasana daily. This exercises your neck to back. Which improves blood flow in the veins and throughout the body. By doing this asana, the risk of nerve blockage and stroke is reduced.

4- Gomukhasana- To bring balance and stretch in the body, you must do Gomukhasana. Doing this asana after pregnancy gives relief from many types of pain. It also removes stress and anxiety. This asana also helps in tightening the stomach.

5- Kumbhakasana- You can do Kumbhakasana to strengthen the spine, shoulders and hands. This gives strength to the muscles and increases stamina. By doing Kumbhakasana daily, the abdominal muscles become strong.
