Hard Stools Issue: The problem of hard stool starts troubling most people during the winter season. The main reason for this is that people drink less water in this season. as well as other liquid Hydrating drinks like diet, syrup, lassi, juice, coconut water, lemon water are also not taken. Because of this, there is a lack of water in the body, the effect of which is also visible on the body in the form of hard stool. Along with this, symptoms like very less urine, very yellow urine, burning sensation in urine, excessive smell in urine also indicate that you are not drinking water according to the body’s need.

It is not even possible to drink a lot of water in winter. But the lack of water in the body also cannot be maintained. Otherwise, due to dehydration, there are not only problems related to urine and stool, but the skin also deteriorates and there can be a problem of ulcers in the mouth. All these problems are very disturbing. But if the problem of hard stool persists for a long time or if you have to struggle daily, then there may be a problem of wound and ulcer in the intestines, which can later turn into piles problem. What to eat to avoid the problem of hard stool?
To keep hard stool soft, you should consume those things which Along with improving digestion, it should also be fiber rich. Because fiber is necessary to remove the lack of water in the stool and keep it soft.

Eat fenugreek seeds or fenugreek powder

Consume one teaspoon of fenugreek powder with lukewarm water just before sleeping at night. Or soak one spoon of fenugreek seeds and eat it in the morning on an empty stomach. Both these methods of eating fenugreek seeds help in softening the stool and improving digestion.

Raisin is an effective treatment

Soak 10 to 15 raisins in water overnight and eat them first thing in the morning. Drink a glass of milk after half an hour of eating them. Or you can take black tea only after 5 minutes of eating them. By doing this, your digestion will also be good, the body will get energy and the stool will also be soft.

Ghee made from desi cow’s milk, should be eaten in all the three meals. You have to take one spoon of ghee in all the three meals. You can consume it by putting it in lentils and vegetables or by applying it on chapati. You can also consume ghee by mixing it in tea or coffee. But keep in mind that ghee should be of cow only. Ghee made from buffalo milk will not be able to give so many benefits in keeping the hard stool soft, along with it can also cause the problem of weight gain.

Throughout the day, if you are not able to drink water according to your body’s requirement, then cow’s milk can help you in meeting the lack of hydration. You must consume at least one glass of milk every day. This milk should be of indigenous cow only. Avoid consuming buffalo milk. But if you want to gain weight then definitely drink buffalo milk.
