Make this delicious dish in just one spoon of oil, you will get health benefits along with taste

Less Oily Food:If you are bored or your health is being affected by eating too much oily food, then you need to eat something that gives taste to food and contains oil. Spices should also be used less. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of some such vegetables, in which only nominal amount of oil and spices are used.  Yes, you can also make it healthy. , which is also eaten with dal rice and is also served with litti or baati. Oil is used only in name to make it, let’s know the method of making it.


  • Eggplant- one big boiled
  • Potato -1 big
  • Tomatoes – two to three
  • Finely chopped onion – half cup
  • Finely chopped ginger – half teaspoon
  • Finely chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili – 3 to 4 finely chopped
  • Garlic – 6 to 7 cloves
  • Mustard oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon – 1 spoon
  • Salt – as per taste


Cut the brinjal with a knife and add garlic cloves And fill green chilies. Keep the brinjal and tomato on the gas and fry them. When the skin of brinjal and tomato is completely burnt and both these things become soft, take them out in a vessel, cover it with a plate, then the skins will come out easily. When brinjal and tomato cool down, remove their skins and mix them well. Now add boiled potato and mash it and add all other ingredients like onion, chilli, ginger and mix well. If you like sour, then add lemon juice to it, add a tablespoon of mustard oil on top and mix it well. Now you can eat it with dal, rice or litti.

Sada Aloo

Sada Aloo  A very popular dish of Bengal. Which you can eat with maida ki puri. Its biggest feature is that it is made without oil and spices. Very rarely oil and spices are added to it.


  • Potatoes: three to four
  • Kalonji: one teaspoon
  • Asafetida ½ :tsp
  • Whole red chili : 2
  • Oil : 1 tbsp
  • Water :  ½ cup
  • Salt: to taste

Method of preparation
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Now put a pan on the gas, when the oil is hot, add dry red chili, asafoetida and fennel seeds. After this, add chopped potatoes and mix well and add salt to it, add one and a half cup of water and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Here is the ready made plain potato curry. You can eat it with puri.

Kadhi without pakoras

We all love kadhi, it is a very popular dish. . In making which the use of oil is very less, if we do not put pakoras in it, then it is very healthy.

Method of preparation

One pot Mix curd, gram flour, a little water and turmeric well. Heat a pan and put a small spoon of ghee or oil in it. When it becomes hot, add fenugreek and asafoetida to it. When fenugreek starts to turn brown, add curd and gram flour solution and let it cook on low flame. If it boils once or twice, add salt. Make it thick by adding water according to your need. Now cook it for 10 minutes, now heat the remaining oil or ghee in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilies, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onions and red chili powder and fry them. When the onion and garlic are fried well, pour this tempering on the curry. Take it, your link is ready. Serve hot with rice.
