Which method to consume?
- Black pepper helps in maintaining proper insulin levels in the body. It helps in keeping your blood sugar level control. in black pepper Contains an ingredient called piperine, which prevents the growth of sugar spikes.
- Grind 1 black pepper and mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in it and eat it with warm water. You have to adopt this method one hour before having dinner.
- Fenugreek seeds are considered very effective in Ayurvedic herbs to control diabetes. Firstly, it is easy to consume and secondly, its result is also visible very quickly.
- Soak one spoon of fenugreek seeds in water at night and eat it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- By consuming cinnamon, insulin remains correct and the increased blood sugar decreases. If your sugar level increases after eating something, then you must adopt this recipe of cinnamon.
- Take small spoon to half spoon cinnamon powder, equal quantity of turmeric powder and fenugreek powder and mix all three and consume them with water on an empty stomach in the morning. You can also consume it by adding a pinch of cinnamon powder to your herbal tea.
- The mix of turmeric and amla helps in reducing the sugar level, keeping insulin right and reducing cholesterol. In the winter season, you can eat raw turmeric and raw gooseberry by making pickle of them along with ginger.
- Mix turmeric powder and amla in equal quantity and keep it. Now take one spoon of this mix every morning with lukewarm water in winter and drink it with fresh water in summer.
