Another Similar Murder Case In Noida
Noida is known for its famous Aarushi Talwar Double Murder case which happened in 2008, but a similar murder case took place last year where a famous IRS officer killed his 61-year-old wife, who also happens to be a Supreme Court lawyer, and hid the body in the bathroom.
The accused, Nitin Sinha, murdered his wife Renu Sinha after a quarrel that broke out around 9 a.m. while they were having tea. The quarrel led to a physical fight between the couple, after which Renu suffered a huge blow to her head when she fell from the stairs. After this, the accused strangled and choked her life out of her body.
Nitin Sinha hid the body of his wife in the bathroom on the upper floor of the bungalow and tried to sell the property. The incident came to light after the police broke out of his bungalow and found the body in the bathroom after Nitin’s brother called him, but the accused failed to respond. The body was kept at a low AC temperature between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius to avoid body odor.
The police finally caught him in the store room on the terrace of the bungalow after the accused thought of selling the bungalow and fleeing to the UK after he got the money from the buyer. The police said that the murder took place due to a disagreement about selling the property. Nitin wanted a lump sum of money from a prospective buyer, but her wife declined his advice.
