According to the company’s stock exchange filing, RIL’s net profit for the quarter stood at ₹18,951 crore, marginally down from ₹19,299 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year. Despite this, the conglomerate witnessed a robust performance across various segments.

RIL‘s gross revenue for the quarter marked a significant increase of 10.8%, reaching ₹2,64,834 crore. The company’s board, convening on Monday, declared a dividend of ₹10 per share, reflecting confidence in its operational strength and financial stability.
For the fiscal year 2023-24, RIL reported a consolidated profit after tax growth of 4.37%, amounting to ₹69,621 crore. The company’s consolidated gross revenue for the year grew by 2.6% to ₹10,00,122 crore.
Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of RIL, expressed satisfaction with the overall performance, stating, “All segments have posted a robust financial and operating performance.” He specifically highlighted the expansion of the digital services segment, driven by the increase in subscriber base for mobility and fixed wireless services.

Jio Platforms: Reported a 12% growth in consolidated PAT to ₹5,583 crore for Q4, with gross revenue growing by 13.3% to ₹33,835 crore.
Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd.: Recorded an 11.7% growth in Q4 PAT, reaching ₹2,698 crore, with gross revenue increasing by 10.6% to ₹76,627 crore.
Oil to Chemicals (O2C) Business: Experienced a 10.9% growth in revenue at ₹1,42,634 crore, with EBITDA growing by 3% to ₹16,777 crore. Ambani emphasized the company’s commitment to the new energy segment for sustainable growth in the future.
