Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur have welcomed their first child, a baby boy. The two took to their Instagram handle to share the heartwarming news with the fans. Several B-town celebs including Bhumi Pednekar, Zoya Akhtar and Sobhita Dhulipala have extended their heartfelt wishes to the duo.

The two first met on the set of Ekta Kapoor’s popular romance series, ‘Broken but Beautiful’, back in 2015. The duo eventually got engaged in November 2019 followed by an intimate wedding in February, 2022 at their Versova Residence. The couple also held a traditional ceremony in Himachal Pradesh.
Back in September, the couple had made the pregnancy official in an adorable Instagram post.
Massey’s Recent Filmfare Win
The actor best known for his work in ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Made in Heaven’ ‘A Death in the Gunj’, has recently been making headlines for his stellar performance in the film ’12th Fail’. The story is the real-life depiction of IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and the Vidhu Vinod Chopra directed film has garnered massive appreciation for Massey’s outstanding portrayal of the role.
Vikrant bagged his first ever Filmfare Award at the prestigious award ceremony on January 30 for ‘Best Actor (Critic’s Choice)’. “12th Fail’ also won the ‘Best Film’ award.
The Filmfare Winner has many upcoming films slated for this year including “Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba’ and ‘The Sabarmati Report’.
