Aishwarya can be seen wearing a dazzling blue and silver gown, and she looked like a peacock princess as she attended the premiere of celebrated filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos’ latest film, ‘Kinds of Kindness‘, which features two-time Oscar winner Emma Stone.

On the second day, she looked like a peacock princess, as the viewers thought she looked stunning in the silver and aqua-colored fringe gown. The outfit also provided by the same duo included a long trail and bold shoulders, which were filled with shining and sparkling fringes. To match the look with her face, she opted for kohl-rimmed eyes with smoky makeup and bare lips with no lipstick. The Indian diva proudly looked at the paparazzi on the red carpet with her hair slightly curled.

A Redit user recently compared her Cannes 2024 look with the birthday cake decors and themes while other users called her first dress as a cake decorated with floral icing color and the second dress as tinsel garlands which are used in Christmas trees. A user by the name of Gloomy-Taro-7340 on Reddit stated that ‘I can’t believe that Falguni and Shane Peacock designed these dresses. What were they smoking?’.
Many netizens and users also said that the dresses and gowns were hideous and aweful and she should not have worn them.

Recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan responded to criticisms and defended the designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock in an interview and stated that ‘The look on the red carpet was designed by my dearest friends Shane and Falguni Peacock. They call it gilded glow but to me, it was just magical.’

She also said that the makeup and the dresses were a kind of fresh look for her, and she not only attended the movie premiere for ‘Kinds of Kindness‘ but also the premiere of Francis Ford Coppola’s directed latest movie ‘Megalopolis‘ which stars Adam Driver in the lead role.
